From the house’s entrance you enter the large kitchen with cooking island and a small fireplace, which also serves as a grill. All table tops are a local stone called SantaFiora. The two sinks are in travertine. Cabinets and drawers are made of solid poplar wood. There is a quooker for boiling water and a minicooler for sparkling water. The water quality in the city is perfect. All white goods throughout the house are of the brand Miele. In the ceiling you can see the impressive dark oak rafters. From the dining area you step out onto the house’s terrace, which from early spring becomes another lovely living space.
From the kitchen you enter the TV room, which we have furnished with chaise longues. A small corridor gives access to a small toilet and a guest room, from which there is a descent to the utility room, the guest department and the wine cellar.
